The Mask of the Beast

Yesterday, Thursday, February 25, 2021, we had a wonderful experience. My husband and I were able to shop at a marketplace in southern Michigan that didn’t require the wearing of a mask. I think the store may have been owned by Amish or Mennonites. But, what I thought was really great is that the employees had a choice whether they wore a mask, some did and some didn’t. Yay for the freedom of choice! The cashier didn’t and we had a lovely conversation. It was refreshing to speak with someone in a store and see their whole face.

On the other hand, many places will deny you service or not allow you to buy anything if you don’t have a mask on. Businesses can not sell and are threatened to be shut down by a tyrannical government unless they have mask requirements. So, when my husband brought the video below to my attention a couple of weeks ago, I knew I needed to share it with my readers. It is a fascinating conversation correlating mask mandates and the mark of the beast of Revelation 13.

He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:16-17

Globally these days many can’t buy or sell without a mask. So, do you think mask mandates are a “dress rehearsal” for the mark of the beast? And, are mask mandates science or political science? Look at the mask box label, watch the video below, and you decide.

In full disclosure, in our college days Bill and I were friends with Steve Wohlberg, founder of White Horse Media in the video. We haven’t had any contact with Steve in decades, but Steve is a brilliant guy, and very well versed regarding end time prophecy from a historical perspective. My point is this, as Jesus’ return gets closer, times will grow more intense and fearful. But, I want to encourage you to apply your spiritual PPE aka the protective promises of Ps 34, and Ps 91 over you, your family, and your community. It’s the best PPE! Nothing can separate us from God’s love and blessings Romans 8:31-39.
