Unity Within Your Body, Mind, and Spirit

Under the Spiritual Unity section based on Eph 4:1-6, we have talked about unity with God (here), and unity with others (here).  However, we have not talked much about unity within your body, mind, and spirit which Paul writes about in 1 Thess 5:23.  Recently I came across the videos below and really liked the simplistic yet meaningful presentation.  I think they would be great for teaching young people as well.

These videos will help clarify the differences between ones body, soul (mind, will and emotions), and spirit.  By better understanding the differences of the three, then you will be better able to bring them together into alignment.  When you come into alignment, you will prosper and be in health as your soul prospers.  This is what God wants for you, as He expressed through John The Elder writing to his friend Gaius and the church.  3 John 2
