Maru Sushi & Grill Review

My family spoiled me this Mother's Day weekend.  How blessed am I?  One of my gifts was to eat at our new favorite Asian restaurant Maru Sushi & Grill in Kalamazoo, MI (click here for their website and locations throughout Michigan).  I ordered the Veggie Boogie (shown below) and it was fantastic! 

However, the family favorite is the fried tofu.  It is absolutely delicious and we always order more.  We also love this restaurant because it has several vegetarian options.  So, if you are in Michigan and close to one of these restaurants, go and enjoy a delectable meal.
